Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship says that most of the book of Revelation contains the details of destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD.
That is a false claim, as most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled during the last 1,900 years, as the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom have fought against Messiah and His saints.
The pagan Roman Emperors tried to wipe out the early church, killing millions during ten persecution periods which took place from the first century until 312 AD. The antichrist beast Popes banned and burned the Scriptures and caused tens of millions of saints to be killed during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition.
The seal and trumpet judgments are about the history of the decline and fall of the pagan Roman Empire. The vial judgments are against the antichrist beast popes and Catholics who have the mark of the beast on them.
These are the things that Messiah is pointing to in His apocalyptic vision, which invalidates the preterist explanations of Pastor Chuck Baldwin.

Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship talks about a literal silence in heaven.
The silence in the seventh seal represents Messiah sealing His servants before He sounds the seven war trumpets of judgment against the pagan Roman Empire.
In the context of the historical fulfillment of the seals of Revelation, when Roman Emperor Constantine gave the Edict of Milan in 313 AD, it gave liberty to the saints and there was peace for a little while.
Amazingly, a Roman coin was minted in 322 AD with Constantine on the front and ‘Beata Tranquillitas’ on the back, which means ‘Blessed Tranquility.’ By this, we see a direct match between Messiah proclaiming a short time of silence in Revelation 8:1 and the declaration by Constantine. HalleluYah!
There was relative peace for the saints in the Roman Empire from when Constantine took control until after Emperor Theodosius I, who ruled from 378-395. While the Romans enjoyed a time of peace, the savage nations were amassing on the borders, awaiting their time to attack the mighty Empire.
The Goths revered Emperor Theodosius, so while he was alive, they didn’t attack. When he died in January 395 AD, the Empire was left to his weaker sons, Arcadius and Honorius, and the time of peace ended.

Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship says that the incense of the prayers of the saints in Revelation 8:3, point to the sixth seal martyrs of the Jews.
It’s pointing to the martyrs of the pagan Roman Emperors during ten persecution periods which took place from the first century until 312 AD, when Constantine stopped them.
The Roman Empire was in decline from the previous seal judgments, and they blamed the saints of Messiah for their refusal to worship the Roman gods.
Edward Gibbon noted, If the empire had been afflicted by any recent calamity, by a plague, a famine, or an unsuccessful war; if the Tiber had, or if the Nile had not, risen beyond its banks; if the earth had shaken, or if the temperate order of the seasons had been interrupted, the superstitious Pagans were convinced that the crimes and the impiety of the Christians, who were spared by the excessive lenity of the government, had at length provoked the divine justice.
The martyrs’ blood is symbolically cried out for vengeance. There are two groups of martyrs spoken of in Revelation. The first group was killed by the pagan Roman Empire. The second group was killed during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition when tens of millions of martyrs were slain by Papal Rome and the countries they controlled.

Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship says that Revelation 6 is like a trailer which gives a preview and then Revelation 8 gives the details about the same events.
This is a inaccurate explanation, which he gives to try to justify his preterist explanations. The narrative of the trumpet judgments are very different than the seals.
Here’s a summary of the fulfillment of the seal judgments:
2nd Seal – The Red horse represents a bloody time in the Roman Empire from 185-284 AD, as it went into a phase of revolution and civil war for 90 years, during which there were 32 emperors and 27 contenders for the throne.
3rd Seal – The Black horse represents a period of gloom and despair, as the Romans suffered under excessive taxes that were needed to pay for wars. The pricing for wheat and barley point to food scarcity from 222-235 AD.
4th Seal – The Pale horse represents 1/4th of Romans dying from famine, plague, pestilence and violence, from 250-300 AD. The word ‘earth‘ is pointing to the Roman Empire as the ‘land’ of prophecy.
5th Seal – It represents the millions of martyrs who were killed by the Roman Empire, especially the Smyrna church era martyrs who Emperor Diocletian persecuted for ten years, from 303-312 AD. Their blood cried out for Elohim to avenge their deaths.
6th Seal – Earthquakes in the prophecy represent great political upheavals. Eastern Emperor Constantine defeated Diocletian’s army in 312 AD, which ended the persecutions. Diocletian (the Sun) was so panic stricken, he died insane. Constantine defeated emperors Maxentius and Licinius to become sole ruler of both west and east by 324 AD. The Roman leaders (stars) fell and their power receded as a scroll. The mountains and islands that were moved out of place, were the countries and people that were affected by this political change.
7th Seal – It represents Messiah sealing His servants before He sounds the seven war trumpets of judgment against the Pagan Roman Empire.
The historical fulfillment of the Revelation 6 seals, proves that the preterist view of Pastor Chuck Baldwin is false.
Here’s the historicist summary of the fulfillment of the first trumpet.
1st Trumpet – Hail can point to war in Bible symbolism, and Elohim caused the Goths, who were led by Alaric, to move in the direction in which literal hail came (north to south). They attacked the Roman Empire from 400-410 AD, in Greece, Gaul and Spain. Then 300,000 Goths invaded Italy. The fire represents the ‘scorched earth’ policy in their invasions of enemy territory.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship points to Revelation 11:8, saying that the saints were killed in Jerusalem, where Messiah was crucified.
And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
The ‘great city’ symbolizes the Roman beast kingdom, which is centered in Rome. This is in contrast to Messiah’s saints, who are symbolized as ‘heavenly Jerusalem.’
The beliefs and actions of the antichrist beast popes is why the great city, the Roman beast kingdom, is proclaimed to be spiritually called Sodom and Egypt.
The antichrist beast popes proclaim to lead Messiah’s church, but they teach a false gospel of works through the sacraments. They erected ten pagan-sun god phallic symbol obelisks around Rome, one in the square of St. Peter’s Basilica, as they worship pagan gods.
The word ‘was’ in the phrase ‘where also our Lord was crucified’ is not in the Greek manuscripts. The Bible translators gave it a past tense of WAS, but it can also read as present tense, ‘where also our Lord IS crucified.’
The blasphemous eucharist ceremony of the antichrist beast popes symbolically crucifies Messiah again for sins, which denies His one-time blood atonement. And it symbolically represents the birth of their incarnate christ-child, Tammuz. This wicked ceremony is held in Catholic churches around the world many times a week.
Messiah is seen crucified on the wicked Roman crucifix, which mocks Messiah by keeping Him on the cross. Wicked crucifixes are in Catholic churches and homes around the world.
The popes have cause Catholics to break the ten commandments by using them to kill tens of millions of Messiah’s saints, make and bow down to graven images, etc. This is they are referred to as being spiritually called Sodom and Egypt.

Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship says that in the second trumpet, that Jerusalem was destroyed by the faith of Jesus’ disciples.
He cites Matthew 21:21, Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
He says that Jerusalem was destroyed by Titus and the Roman armies, but spiritually Jerusalem was destroyed by the faith of Jesus’ disciples.
To try to make the narrative work, Pastor Chuck Baldwin says that the sea is referring to battle between Romans and Galileans in the sea of Galilee. But that is not congruent with his explanation that the saints supposedly cast the mountain of Jerusalem into the sea.
Messiah is using an allegory and not telling them that they can literally move a mountain. Besides that, Messiah was not referring to the mount on which the city of Jerusalem sits, as Pastor Baldwin proclaims, but to the Mount of Olives.
Albert Barnes says, To remove a mountain, denotes the power of overcoming any difficulty. The phrase was so used by the Jews. There is no doubt that this was literally true, that if they had the faith of miracles, they could remove the mountain before them the mount of Olives–for this was as easy for God to do by them as to heal the sick, or raise the dead.
John Gill says, the Mount of Olives, where Christ and his disciples now were, and were passing over, or, at least, were very near it; or any other mountain wherever they might be, to which they should, upon any occasion, think fit to say.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin then cites different cases when the saints overthrew parts of the Roman Empire, to make his case that the disciples caused Jerusalem to be overthrown seem to make sense.
He points to saints destroying the pagan roman empire in the third century.
The saints prayers led to the decline and the fall of the Roman Empire, which is described in the 2nd-6th seals and 1st-6th trumpets.
Revelation 12, which is about Satan using the pagan Roman Emperors to make war with the saints, points to them winning the victory.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Revelation 12:11
Pastor Chuck Baldwin points to the saints destroying the papacy in the 16th century.
It’s amazing to me that he proclaims these things, because this is what Messiah is pointing to in the historicist narrative of the fulfillment of Revelation.
Messiah’s saints prevailed over the antichrist beast popes when they were given the Scriptures after the popes had banned and burned them during the Dark Ages.
Martin Luther and others followed the command in Revelation 11:1-2, to measure the temple; meaning to measure what the papal church teaches against the rule of Scripture. Luther found out that the Roman Catholic Church is an apostate church and not part of the true temple of Messiah, and that it’s delegated to the outer court of the Gentiles. During the Dark Ages, the antichrist beast popes hid the Scriptures in Latin, so the Protestant Reformers translated them into English, German and other languages. And with the timely advent of the printing press, the little book of Revelation 10, the printed Bible, was spread around the world, helping to overcome the antichrist beast popes. These historical fulfillment of the prophecies in Revelation disprove Pastor Chuck Baldwin’s preterist explanations.
Here’s the historicist summary of the fulfillment of the second trumpet.
2nd Trumpet – A mountain in Biblical symbolism represents a great nation and a sea is a large group of people. It represents Elohim sending the Vandals, led by Genseric, to attack the coast-lands of the Roman territory of the Mediterranean and all the islands from 425-470 AD, leaving bloodshed and confusion in their wake.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship says that the wormwood in the third trumpet was the bitterness of the Jews of the Sanhedrin.
Then he proclaims that 1/3rd of the rivers became bitter/poisonous and many died from drinking the water. So the wormwood supposedly points to the bitterness of the Jews, but then he says that the literal water became poisoned. That’s not a consistent narrative.
Here’s the historicist summary of the fulfillment of the third trumpet.
3rd Trumpet – A star in prophecy symbolizes a leader. Elohim sent this great burning star, Attila the king of the Huns, who was called “the scourge of God.” Attila and his 800,000 man army rose quickly and flashed across the land in 451 AD, and desolated the Italian Alps, which is the source of the Danube, Rhine and Po rivers.
A primary military strategy was to attack armies when they were crossing rivers, which caused many dead bodies to lie in the rivers, making the water ‘bitter’ and causing people downstream to die.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin of Liberty Fellowship says that in the fourth trumpet, the sun, moon and stars were darkened by fire, smoke in skies.
Though the skies were filled with smoke at the end of the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD, the context of the fourth trumpet judgment is armies attacking the vast Roman Empire.
Here’s the historicist summary of the fulfillment of the fourth trumpet.
4th Trumpet – The sun, moon and stars, can symbolize leadership structure. Here it represents Elohim using Odoacer and the Heruli, a branch of the Goths, to cause the downfall of Roman leadership when Romulus Augustalus, the last Western Roman Emperor (the sun) of the West was captured in 476 AD. The hierarchy of Roman leaders (moon and stars) would have lost power too.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin says that the heavenly bodies were four Roman emperors who died violent deaths.

The last Western Roman Emperor (the sun) was removed from power in 476 AD, which fulfilled many different prophecies.
The Popes Are The Little Horn Of Daniel 7. Daniel 7:8 points to the little horn, the Pope, who rose to power over the ten horns, the ten kingdoms of the fallen Roman Empire. Three would not bow to his authority so they were plucked out, eliminated. Daniel 7:25 points to them persecuting the saints, which took place during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition, killing 50 million. The Popes changed the law, removing the 2nd commandment.
The Popes Are The Son Of Perdition Of 2 Thessalonians 2. The Western Roman Emperors restrained the Popes from taking power, but when the last one was removed from power in 476 AD (the deadly head wound), the Popes took their place as Pontifex Maximus, leader of church and state (healing the deadly head wound).
The Popes Are The Antichrist Beast Of Revelation. The antichrist beast is an office, not one man. It’s fulfilled by the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome. They rose to power out of the sea of people of the ten kingdoms of the fallen Roman Empire. They reigned in civil and ecclesiastic power for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. Kings bowed to their authority. They banned and burned the Scriptures and persecuted the saints.

Whether Pastor Baldwin is woefully deceived or a deceiver doesn’t matter, as the effect of his explanations serve to deflect blame away from the enemy of Messiah and His saints, and hide the true historical fulfillment of the prophecies in Revelation.
I prove out the historical fulfillment of most of the prophecies in Revelation during the last 1,900 years, which validate historicist explanations and invalidates the preterist explanation of Pastor Chuck Baldwin.
Messiah’s apocalyptic vision is a war manual, designed to hide the explanation from those who should not understand it. It uses symbolic words that are defined in the Old Testament to point to a literal fulfillment. If you read Revelation only from a literal perspective, the interpretation is hidden.

The more that I listen to his explanations I’m convinced that there’s no way that he doesn’t know and understand the historicist explanations which have been proclaimed by people such as Adam Clarke, Albert Barnes, EB Elliott, Henry Grattan Guinness, John Gill and Matthew Poole.
He’s forcing an explanation of Revelation to fit into the narrative about the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD. And because he’s a staunch defender of America, Christians blindly trust him.
He teaches some truth about the 70th week of Daniel 9 and the Olivet Discourse, and teaches against futurism to get people to trust him. But then he misleads them with the other Jesuit deception that was created to deflect blame away from the popes of Rome, that of preterism.
Jesuit Luis De Alcazar published a book called ‘Investigation of the Hidden Sense of the Apocalypse‘ in 1614 AD, which assigns the fulfillment of the prophecies in Revelation to the first century. He devoted himself to bring into prominence the preterist method of interpretation to show the prophecies of antichrist were fulfilled before the Popes ever ruled at Rome, and therefore could not apply to the Papacy.
Just like futurism/dispensationalism, preterism serves to deflect blame away from the Popes, as the Protestant Reformers rightly proclaimed that office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the ‘little horn‘ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition‘ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘antichrist beast‘ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot‘ church of Rome.

Exactly, which makes him more dangerous than the pastor or teacher that has been truly deceived by futurism or preterism and does NOT know the truth (but will still be accountable, of course).
Chuck Baldwin KNOWS the truth and he KNOWS who the Jesuits are. Yet he still DECEIVES and leads people to the ROMAN PATRIARCH of ROMEamerica.
You can’t come out of futurism only to embrace preterism. It only takes a little bit of research and the desire to seek truth (not beliefs) to find out how these false prophecy doctrines came about. Thank you for addressing Pastor Chucks sermon last Sunday. I was going to email you as I too felt it didn’t sit right with me particularly his citing about the silence in heaven plus his comments about these chapters applying to the destruction of Jerusalem. My other concern is that in all the prophesy teachings he has never once mentioned about the Roman Empire and the supplanting of the Roman Catholic Church or Jesuits. In fact he never refers ever to the Jesuits. In many of Pastor Chucks sermons in the past he has continually referred to those you mention eg Adam Clarke, Albert Barnes, EB Elliott, Henry Grattan Guinness, John Gill and Matthew Poole et al. This is another reason I find it hard to understand his lack of reference to the Jesuits and RCC.
I feel terribly sad listening to Pastor Chuck as I have been an online supporter of Liberty fellowship for a long time – after returning from living in Israel for many years. I still haven’t found a fellowship with any depth in Melbourne Australia.
I’m still in the process of learning much about end times and the Book of Revelation. However, given coming out of the Roman Catholic Church there is no doubt in my mind and heart (and spirit) the Papacy is behind the globalist agenda. Your timelines and explanations makes so much sense to me.

But he seems to be intentionally hiding that they were historicists and not preterists. And most people don’t bother to read the explanations, so they blindly trust Chuck’s narrative.
We have to keep in mind that Jesuits take on many different forms, including that of conservative pastors.

Chuck Baldwin is being used by the Jesuit Vatican Roman Catholic Empire. He did NOT come out of futurism, so he says, only to embrace preterism and then NEVER talk once about the UNIVERSAL [CATHOLIC] ROMAN CATHOLIC BEAST EMPIRE that is TAKING OVER EVERY ASPECT OF SOCIETY.
In fact, in one of his sermons he seemed to be threatening anyone (shouting, pointing his finger at the camera, animated in an angry face) who would bring up to him the Roman Catholic Church or take a different view of America’s Founding Fathers. He told them don’t do it! Then, when he said anyone questioning the founding fathers is a “traitor” and “useless” (yes, he said these exact words in quotes), this was the last straw for me.
He is HEADSTRONG and will NOT listen to anyone who disagrees with him or show him Scripture and history.
There is an interview he did a while back about how he came out of futurism. If you listen to him very carefully, something is off. It’s almost as if he was transitioning instead of receiving a revelation that futurism was a deception. I say transitioning as if he was going in another direction to deflect away from Rome. This is what Jesuits (or Jesuit controlled ops) do. They are chameleons.
Think about it. Chuck’s entire persona and ministry is based on American patriotism and the Founding Fathers which is rooted in ROMAN Catholicism and JESUIT deception. He is a [Roman-based] politician NOT a Biblical pastor.

History shows who helped found the USA and why. Jesuit Georgetown University was created shortly after the country was founded. That’s a major clue! As for Messiah’s declaration that nobody knows the day or hour of His return, He was pointing to the fall Feast of Trumpets, which is the only Feast Day that’s on the New Moon Day of the month. I watched your video series about Revelation. It all fits well, yes. Is this a proof that it must be true? You said, how can one believe in futurism, and not think that the 1900 years since Jesus Christ would be covered in the Revelation. So why aren’t the next 1000 years covered in Revelation? I guess, because we are in the end times, right? We cannot know this with certainty because it would determine somewhat Jesus Christ’s second coming. If a historical detail turns out to be false or if we are not at the end of our world, then what? Pastor Baldwin condemns futurism and promotes Revelation being fulfilled in the first century, making it seem like those are the only two options. But that’s intellectually dishonest as he’s read the great theologians of the 16th-20th century, and he doesn’t mention that they believed in the historicist explanations of Revelation.
