The Lion of Judah YouTube channel has 2.57 million subscribers, which means that a lot of people are being misled by their false, futuristic explanations about the fulfillment of Revelation and the antichrist.
Lion of Judah points to a future great tribulation.
Prophecy teachers tend to lump all of the mentions of ‘great tribulation’ into one fulfillment, but that’s not accurate.
People point to a futuristic time of great tribulation, but all of the prophecies that they point to have already been fulfilled. That’s not to say that there won’t be tribulation, as WW III, a worldwide economic collapse and the One World Government; will happen in the future.
But there references to times of great tribulation in Matthew 24 and Revelation have already been fulfilled.
Lion of Judah points to a future fulfillment of Matthew 24:5.
“For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”
2 Peter 2, which was written in 67-68 A.D., tells us that there were false prophets among the people.
“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.”
Acts 13:6, which was written in 62 A.D., speaks of the false prophet named Barjesus,
“And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus”
There were indeed false prophets claiming to represent God in plenty [Josephus War 6.5.2 refers to a “great number of false prophets” who gave false hope to the people]; these tried to initiate various signs to “activate God’s eschatological salvation” [Keener, 567-8], and they did indeed deceive many.
Lion of Judah points to the mark of the beast in Revelation 13:16-17, when people can’t buy and sell.
Prophecy teachers lump the fulfillment of the different references to the mark of the beast into one time, but that is not accurate.
People who revere (mark on forehead) and obey (mark on right hand, actions) the antichrist beast Pope, have the mark of the beast on them. That means that 1.3 billion Catholics have the mark of the beast today.
Lion of Judah points to the third seal of Revelation 6 and the economic crisis which leads to famine.
It’s true that it points to economic strife, but the fulfillment was about the pagan Roman Empire.
The Black horse represents a period of gloom and despair, as the Romans suffered under excessive taxes that were needed to pay for wars. The pricing for wheat and barley point to food scarcity from 222-235 AD.
Lion of Judah says that the mark of the beast is not here yet, but when it is, the world will definitely know it.
This statement is so deceiving, as Messiah is pointing to people who revere (mark on forehead) and obey (mark on right hand, actions) the antichrist beast Pope.
The antichrist beast Popes proclaim to lead Messiah’s church, but they teach a false gospel of works through the sacraments, and that Mary is the intercessor to the Father, which is anti-Christ.
And sadly, most Christians do not understand who is the antichrist beast and what it means to have his mark.
Lion of Judah teaches a futuristic fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, the Olivet Discourse and the prophecies in Revelation.
The 70th week of Daniel 9 is about Messiah’s ministry and His blood sacrifice as the Spotless Lamb to atone for our sins. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
The Olivet Discourse foretold the events that would lead to the desolation of Jerusalem, the second temple and the Jewish nation; as punishment for the Jewish leaders continuing in rebellion against the Heavenly Father and for delivering His Son up to be killed. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
Most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years. It describes the historical narrative of the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom (pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals) fighting against Messiah and His saints.
The explanations of Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries serve to deflect blame away from the enemy in Rome, and to mislead the end-times saints so that they’re not prepared for how the end-times will play out, and don’t know the context of Messiah’s return.
