This Revelation Timeline Decoded post features a video from Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries DTBM, called THE DEVIL’S ANTICHRIST CAN CALL DOWN FIRE FROM HEAVEN–HE IS THE ULTIMATE DECEIVER.
Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries cites Revelation 13:3 to point to a one man antichrist in the end times.
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
He says that Revelation 13:3 describes the antichrist being mortally wounded and then coming back to life. He says that the antichrist is probably shot in the head, and that people will see it on TV or their phone, and then they will see the antichrist suddenly come back to life.
That sounds dramatic and it excites people’s minds, but it’s a false narrative.
The head that was wounded is pointing to the Emperors of Rome, who were the sixth head, the sixth form of government (seven heads) of the pagan Roman Empire. Revelation 13:1 points to the seven heads.
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
The deadly head wound refers to the office of the Western Roman Emperor ceasing to exist when they were removed from power by Odoacer and the Heruli in 476 AD during the fourth trumpet judgment.
The antichrist beast popes of Rome rose to power over the sea of people of the ten kingdoms of the fallen Roman Empire, which is symbolized by the ten horns.

Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries says that the antichrist has a sidekick, the false prophet.
He’s pointing to a future appearance by these two characters, which serves to hide that they are in our midst right now.

Revelation 13:11-18 points to the false prophet Jesuit Superior General, the black pope, who took control of the Vatican in 1798 AD, after he used Napoleon’s army to remove the white pope from power, which fulfilled the fifth vial judgment.

Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries says that Daniel 7:8 points to the ultimate superman who can do supernatural things.
I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Daniel 7:8 and Daniel 7:24-25 describe the popes of Rome, the little horn, who rose to power over the ten kingdoms (ten horns) of the fallen Western Roman Empire.
And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
The popes subdued and destroyed (plucked out) three of the ten kingdoms, the Heruli, the Ostrogoths and the Vandals. These three people groups had attacked the Western Roman Empire during the trumpet judgments, so they weren’t going to bow to the authority of the pope.
The little horn, antichrist beast popes, spoke blasphemy against Elohim, as they proclaimed to be God, to forgive sins and to provide salvation.
They reigned in power for 1,260 years (time, times and a dividing of time), from 538-1798.
They wore out the saints, torturing and killed tens of millions during the Dark Ages and Inquisition.
They changed the law, the ten commandments, when they removed the second one about making and bowing to graven images.

He’s pointing to a one-man antichrist who appears in the end times, which is a deception to deflect blame away from the popes of Rome.
The office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome.

Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries says that basically the antichrist focuses on being in place of Christ.
It’s amazing to me that he makes this declaration, but doesn’t see that the popes of Rome have proclaimed to be Jesus Christ on earth, to be the leader of Messiah’s church, to provide forgiveness and salvation, and that they’ve used the title of the ‘Vicar of Christ’ which means ‘in place of Christ.’
How is a man who has a doctorate so ignorant of these things? Is he a deceiver who is playing a role to mislead people about prophecy fulfillment in order to deflect blame away from the antichrist beast popes and false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals?

Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries says that the antichrist proclaiming to be Jesus Christ serves to marginalizing Messiah, to push Him aside, that’s what Satan does.
I totally agree with that statement! That is exacting what Satan has done!
Revelation 12 describes Satan using the pagan Roman Emperors to persecute Messiah’s Ekklesia of saints, trying to wipe out the early church. The saints faced ten persecution periods, which took place from the first century until fourth century. The last one was the most painful, like childbirth, as Emperor Diocletian sought to wipe out Messiah’s Ekklesia from 303-312 AD.
As the Roman Empire declined from the seal judgments of bloody civil wars, economic strive, famine, pestilence and death; Satan realized that the more that he persecutes the saints, the faster Messiah’s Ekklesia grows.
So he caused Constantine to stop the persecutions in 312 AD and then had Constantine and the Roman bishops codify the false Christian religion of Romanism, which has the veneer of the Scriptural faith but is based on the symbolism of the pagan gods of Rome, which came from Babylon.

Satan created Romanism, the false Christian religion of the antichrist beast popes, to marginalize Messiah, to push Him aside, as Dr. John Barnett said.

The 70th week of Daniel 9 is about Messiah’s ministry and His blood sacrifice as the Spotless Lamb to atone for our sins. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
The Olivet Discourse foretold the events that would lead to the desolation of Jerusalem, the second temple and the Jewish nation; as punishment for the Jewish leaders continuing in rebellion against the Heavenly Father and for delivering His Son up to be killed. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
Most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years. It describes the historical narrative of the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom (pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals) fighting against Messiah and His saints.
