This Revelation Timeline Decoded post reviews a video by Joel Richardson of FAI STUDIOS, called ‘What is The Church’s Role During Jacob’s Trouble? // THE RAPTURE & ENDURANCE OF THE SAINTS.
Before I begin my review of Joel Richardson’s explanations, let me declare that I do these type of reviews, not just to expose false teachers; but to show what they teach, which you may have also been taught, so that you can see the truth and the deception.
These reviews serve as an open rebuttal of their explanations. It’s not about me, it’s about the truth of prophecy fulfillment which reveals the glory of our beloved Messiah!
It’s great that Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas feel the need to debunk the concept of a pretribulation rapture, but most of their explanations are based on the false, futuristic narrative of prophecy fulfillment.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios applies Jeremiah 30:7 to the end times.
Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
The time of trouble in Jeremiah 30:7 is not about the end times, but Joel Richardson seems to apply everything to the Jews in Israel in the end times.
Adam Clarke’s Commentary on the Bible says, Alas! for that day is great – When the Medes and Persians with all their forces shall come on the Chaldeans, it will be the day of Jacob’s trouble – trial, dismay, and uncertainty; but he shall be delivered out of it – the Chaldean empire shall fall, but the Jews shall be delivered by Cyrus. Jerusalem shall be destroyed by the Romans, but the Israel of God shall be delivered from its ruin. Not one that had embraced Christianity perished in the sacking of that city.
Joel Richardson says that Jeremiah 30:7 points to a future time of great tribulation, during which God will chastise Israel, so that all Israel will be saved.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that the great tribulation will give us opportunity to bear witness to Messiah.
All of the prophecies that point to great tribulation have already been fulfilled during the last 2,000 years, so this statement is off-target.

Joel referred to Revelation 12:11, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
That passage is pointing to the martyrs of the pagan Roman Emperors during ten persecution periods which took place from the first century until 312 AD. Read Revelation 12 – The Roman Empire Beast Phase

The false, futuristic prophecy fulfillment explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas are hiding the truth about what the saints have endured during the last 2,000 years.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios cited many verses about the saints suffering for the Gospel.
Yet Joel Richardson doesn’t mention the tens of millions of saints who were tortured and killed by orders of the antichrist beast popes during the Dark Ages and Inquisition. How does he leave out that important information?
The saints witnessed against the antichrist beast popes and their harlot church, sometimes paying for their testimony with their blood as they were burned at the stake.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points to Matthew 24:9, saying that Messiah is talking to His disciples who will endure persecution, but then Joel assigns it to saints in the end times.
That is a huge disconnect! Messiah is telling His disciples what they would face. He is not talking about people in the end times.
The disciples were delivered up to councils and beaten, and all of the disciples except for John died from a violent death.
Messiah’s Olivet Discourse is not about the end times.
It’s about the events that took place that led up to the desolation of Jerusalem, the temple and the Jewish nation, for punishment as they continued in their rebellion against the Heavenly Father and delivered His Son up to be killed.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that dispensationalism robs the church of heeding numerous passages throughout the New Testament.
The prophecy fulfillment explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas serve to rob their followers of the glorious truth of prophecy fulfillment!
If Jews understood how the 70th week of Daniel 9 and the Olivet Discourse were fulfilled in the first century, and most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled during the last 1,900 years; it would be a bold witness to Jews which validate the authority of the New Testament and the deity of Messiah who came to die for their sins.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that the great tribulation is the final period of testing.
That’s an interestingly ironic statement, because in Revelation 3:10, Messiah foretold “the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.”
Revelation 2-3 are letters to seven church ages which span from the first century until Messiah’s return. Messiah was declaring that a time of testing would come upon the last church age of Laodicea, in which we live.

We see that fulfillment of the time of testing in the false, futuristic prophecy fulfillment explanations of people like Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas, and many other popular prophecy teachers; which are contrary to the historicist explanations that the saints taught before this church age.
Most believers are following a false script that was created by the enemy to deceive the end times saints, as they believe that the antichrist is one man in the end times, and that most of the prophecies in Revelation will be fulfilled when the one-man antichrist is in power.

We see the fulfillment of the time of testing in people blindly supporting the Jews in Israel without understanding what Messiah declared about them in Revelation.

Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas teach a futuristic fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, the Olivet Discourse and the prophecies in Revelation.
The 70th week of Daniel 9 is about Messiah’s ministry and His blood sacrifice as the Spotless Lamb to atone for our sins. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
The Olivet Discourse foretold the events that would lead to the desolation of Jerusalem, the second temple and the Jewish nation; as punishment for the Jewish leaders continuing in rebellion against the Heavenly Father and for delivering His Son up to be killed. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
Most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years. It describes the historical narrative of the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom (pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals) fighting against Messiah and His saints.
The explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas serve to deflect blame away from the enemy in Rome, and to mislead the end-times saints so that they’re not prepared for how the end-times will play out, and don’t know the context of Messiah’s return.
