Joel Richardson FAI STUDIOS – Israel’s National Salvation

This Revelation Timeline Decoded post reviews a video by Joel Richardson of FAI STUDIOS, called ‘Israel’s National Salvation // THE RETURN OF JESUS: Episode 20.’

Video description: MARANATHA Global Bible Study // The Return of Jesus. Episode 20: Israel’s National Salvation

Before I begin my review of Joel Richardson’s explanations, let me declare that I do these type of reviews, not just to expose false teachers; but to show what they teach, which you may have also been taught, so that you can see the truth and the deception.

These reviews serve as an open rebuttal of their explanations. It’s not about me, it’s about the truth of prophecy fulfillment which reveals the glory of our beloved Messiah!

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios cites Zechariah 12:9-13:2 to say that all nations will come against Israel.

Joel’s association is off-target. The passage is pointing to spiritual Israel, those (both Jews and Gentiles) who have a covenant relationship with the Father through the Son.

This seems to relate to the narrative of Revelation 20, when the enemy seeks to destroy Holy Jerusalem, which Revelation 21 declares is made up of the followers of Messiah.

Somehow, Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas make everything about the Jews in Zionist Israel, instead of understanding who are the citizens of the Commonwealth of Israel.

Read Messiah’s Kingdom

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios applies Romans 11:11-12 to the end times.

Romans 2:28-29 declares “For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.”

In Romans 9, Paul is saying that a true Israelite is one who has a covenant relationship with the Father through the Son. “Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.”

Israel did didn’t falter because Messiah came for the lost tribes of the House of Israel and witnessed to the House of Judah in Jerusalem, and many believed in Him. Messiah’s Ekklesia of saints is built on the foundation of believers from the tribes of the House of Israel.

In Romans 11:11-12, Paul is telling the Romans to not be arrogant regarding the Jews because they understood the prophecies in Daniel 12 and Messiah’s Olivet Discourse, that judgment was coming upon the unbelieving Jewish nation.

This took place shortly after Romans was written, during the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD, when 1.1 million Jews died in and around Jerusalem from famine, pestilence, infighting, suicide, evisceration, crucifixion and by the Roman sword.

Somehow, Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas fail to understand how the judgment of the unbelieving Jewish nation fulfilled Bible prophecy, including Messiah’s Olivet Discourse.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that Israel will be saved after the fullness of the gentiles come in.

The reference to the fullness of the Gentiles is not a dispensation period, but rather points to the gentile Romans who controlled Judea and were used to desolate Jerusalem, the temple and the Jewish leadership system.

Read Fullness Of The Gentiles

Dispensationalism is based on the false concept of a futuristic 70th week of Daniel 9, which says that God will deal with the Jews during the last seven years.

Any teacher who is basing their explanation of Revelation on the concept of a future 70th week of Daniel 9, the 7-year tribulation period, is misleading you. The false concept of a 7-year tribulation period is based on the 70-weeks of Daniel 9 prophecy.

The prophecy foretold when Messiah would appear to carry out His ministry, and when (in the middle of the 70th week) He would confirm the (everlasting) covenant (that was mentioned in Daniel 9:4) with His blood as the Passover Lamb, to atone for our sins. It’s not about the end times or the antichrist.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that all of the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all of the Jews globally will be saved.

This statement is nonsensical and it’s a perverted view of Scripture.

When the Apostle Paul says that all Israel will be saved in Romans 11:25-26, the context is that the unbelieving Jews were blind about their then-pending desolation, which took place during the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD.

For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: Romans 11:25-26

The prophecy in Daniel 12 is about the 3 1/2 years of the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD, so it was sealed up from the unbelieving Jews eyes so that they did not understand their pending judgment.

I pray that this posts helps wake you up, so that you can see how the enemy has deceived the end-times saints, for Messiah’s return draw nigh and you don’t want to be caught off-guard like the foolish virgins who don’t have the oil of Scriptural truth to light their way.

Joel Richardson FAI STUDIOS Fatal Head Wound VideoJoel Richardson and Dalton Thomas teach a futuristic fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, the Olivet Discourse and the prophecies in Revelation.

The 70th week of Daniel 9 is about Messiah’s ministry and His blood sacrifice as the Spotless Lamb to atone for our sins. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.

The Olivet Discourse foretold the events that would lead to the desolation of Jerusalem, the second temple and the Jewish nation; as punishment for the Jewish leaders continuing in rebellion against the Heavenly Father and for delivering His Son up to be killed. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.

Most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years. It describes the historical narrative of the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom (pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals) fighting against Messiah and His saints.

The explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas serve to deflect blame away from the enemy in Rome, and to mislead the end-times saints so that they’re not prepared for how the end-times will play out, and don’t know the context of Messiah’s return.

  1. Hello brother David,

Thank you for all your hard work in the Word, glory to God.
Initiated by this current topic, I went down the ‘rabbit hole’ and wanted to address some confusion/concerns that I have. As we know, the seed of Israel, which is Christ – the heir who inherits the promise – those in Christ, are Israel today, we, the believers in Christ are Israel according to the promise given to Abraham by God. But, this apparently labels us as adherents to “replacement theology” by many Biblical teachers today (the Christian church is the replacement for Israel), yet numerous Scriptures prove this out! Galatians 3:16 “But to Abraham were the promises spoken and to his seed. He does not say, and to the seeds, as concerning many, but as concerning one; and to your seed who is Christ.” Exodus 4:28 “And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is My Son, even My first-born.” Hosea 11:1 “When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called My Son out of Egypt.” .. and many more verses!

Revelation 14:12 says, “Here is the patience of the saints; here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith in Jesus.” – This verse is often used to “justify” the Jew’s eternal salvation through the Old Testament commandments only, and not through faith in Jesus, hence, “they that keep the commandments..” and the latter half of vs.12, the Christians that are saved through Jesus… (Jews are saved through the commandments only – Christians are saved through Christ only)…. Well, correct me if I’m wrong, this teaching would suggest that a person can be eternally saved by two means, 1) keeping the OT commandments only, 2) faith/salvation in Christ only! This makes no sense to me. 1 John 5:11-12 says, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” We all know Acts 4:10-12 “.. all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ… the stone they rejected… for there is none other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

So, according to numerous teachers of the Word today, including FAI Studios, Jews can be saved through the OT commandments only while maintaining their rejection of Jesus the Messiah – if this is the case, then this suggests that anyone could reject Jesus as the Messiah/Savior and still obtain eternal salvation by adhering to the OT commandments! Scripture does not support this to my knowledge?

The promise given to Abraham by God was part of the everlasting covenant – 430 years later, the law was instituted, but then subsequently abolished through Christ, consequently, one could argue, as many pastors do, a person can still be saved through the everlasting promise covenant given to Abraham by God rather then receiving salvation through Jesus the Messiah! This sounds like a very dangerous teaching that many pastors adhere to!

I for one, cannot comprehend, that many faithful Jews today, (not the Zionist ones), will go into eternal perdition because of their rejection of Messiah, yet, numerous Scriptures clearly prove, Jesus the Messiah is the only way to the Father! May the Lord have mercy on them!

I would love to hear your thoughts on this brother David, Grace & Peace to you!

    Shalom,

    Mike.

    • Hello brother Mike,

Replacement theology teaches that the Church replaced Israel, but that’s a false association which is based on their futuristic prophecy fulfillment explanations.

A true Israelite has always been one who has a covenant relationship with the Father. In Romans 9, Paul says that not all Israel is Israel.

Regarding Revelation 14:12, it’s not describing two groups of people, such as the Jews who keep the commandments and the saints who have faith in Messiah.

Its pointing to Messiah’s saints who strive to obey the commandments and have faith in Messiah. Unbelieving Jews don’t have faith in Messiah, so it can’t apply to them.

There’s only one way to the Father, through the Son. I talk about that more on this Olivet Discourse study: https://theolivetdiscourse.com/messiah-set-up-his-kingdom/

      Shalom,
      David
