Before I begin my review of Joel Richardson’s explanations, let me declare that I do these type of reviews, not just to expose false teachers; but to show what they teach, which you may have also been taught, so that you can see the truth and the deception.
These reviews serve as an open rebuttal of their explanations. It’s not about me, it’s about the truth of prophecy fulfillment which reveals the glory of our beloved Messiah!
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios jokingly says that people who hold to their theories about Mystery Babylon, hold them with a tight grip.
He points to Rome, Jerusalem and USA as their explanations and suggests putting them in a room and letting them duke it out, implying that they’re all wrong and he’s right.
That’s an interesting statement, because Joel Richardson holds onto his incorrect theory very tightly.
Revelation 17 describes the Roman Catholic Church of the antichrist beast Popes. Mystery, Babylon the great is the harlot church of the Popes, which proclaims to be Messiah’s one-true church, but teaches a false gospel of works through the sacraments and that Mary is the intercessor, which is anti-Christ and has misled billions of Catholics. She has been drunk with the blood of the saints during the Dark Ages and Inquisition.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios cited a book called ‘The Final Babylon: America And The Coming Of The Antichrist.’
The title of the book proclaims the false futuristic explanation that the antichrist is one man in the end times. But that is a deception that was created by the Jesuit priests in Rome to deflect blame away from the pope.
In the 16th century, when the Protestant Reformers all proclaimed that the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios proclaims that Mystery Babylon is the greatest source of idolatry, of spiritual immorality, in the last days.
This is a false narrative as the description in Revelation 17 about ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great’ is not just about the last days.
Revelation gives the narrative of two women, Messiah’s bride, the saints, who are called Holy Jerusalem; and the harlot church of the antichrist beast popes, which is based in the great city of Rome.
The Roman Catholic Church is the tares church which was planted by the enemy, which has the veneer of the Scriptural faith, but teaches a false gospel, a false intercessor in Mary, which has left billions of Catholics lost in their sins.
The Roman Catholic Church fills their ornate basilicas and many parishes with graven images, which are forbidden in the second commandment. The popes removed the second commandment from their list.
The Roman Catholic Church popes erected ten Egyptian obelisks which represent the phallic symbol of the pagan sun god.
The Roman Catholic Church carries out the Babylonian Mystery Religion during her blasphemous Eucharist ceremony, which denies the one-time sacrifice of Messiah.
The Roman Catholic Church has been drunk with the blood of the saints during the Dark Ages and Inquisition.
The Roman Catholic Church forbids her priests from marrying, which has led to rampant homosexuality and the rape of nuns and children.
The depravity of the popes and their church is the greatest source of idolatry and spiritual immorality, but Joel Richardson’s explanation serve to deflect blame away from Rome.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points to Revelation 18:4, when Messiah says to come out of her, lest you partake in her judgments.
The vial judgments are being poured out on Catholics who have the mark of the beast, as they revere (mark on forehead, thoughts) and obey (mark on right hand, actions) the antichrist beast popes.
The first vial was poured out when the Jesuits caused the foul and loathsome sore of atheism to spread across France. The French Protestants had been killed, so the Catholic religion was all that was left. Elohim allowed the abomination of atheism to turn the French people away from the Papal Church.
The second vial was poured out as the Jesuits incited the French people to revolt against the Catholic Church leaders and France’s leaders, and their heads rolled. During the French Revolution 250,000 were killed in the very places that the French Protestants had been killed. Water symbolically represents people. In this case, it represents the French people in the large cities being killed.
The third vial was poured out as the bloody French Revolution spread out from the major cities (seas) to the more rural areas (rivers and springs, smaller groups of people) where they had shed the blood of saints and prophets, and now it was time for them to drink the same fate.
The fourth vial was poured out as the Jesuits caused the bloody Napoleonic wars with countries that had previously banned them, so they were getting their revenge. The ‘sun’ represents the mighty military leader Napoleon, who within the space of eight years, scorched every kingdom in Europe, from Naples to Berlin, and from Lisbon to Moscow. Elohim used it to exact revenge against the countries that had shed the blood of His followers. But the leaders of the countries did not repent, they blasphemed Elohim for His punishment.
The fifth vial was poured out on the ‘seat of the beast,’ as the office of the Papacy lost their power in 1798 AD. Shortly after the French Revolution, the Papal States were invaded by French forces, and they removed Pope Pius VI, who died in exile in Valence (France) in 1799. Their 1,260-year reign was ended by the hand of Elohim, but they repented not. They blasphemed Elohim because of the pains and sores of losing their authority.
Joel Richardson’s explanations serve to hide the historicist narrative of prophecy fulfillment, which prove out who is the antichrist beast and the harlot.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that the harlot in Revelation 17 is a great city.
I’m not sure how he’s going to apply that to Islam, but per Revelation 1:19, the vision is from John’s perspective.
Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;
The great city of John’s day is Rome, which has been deemed the city of seven hills.
Here’s a coin made of Emperor Vespasian, who reigned from 69-79 AD. On it, we see a woman sitting on the seven hills of Rome. It doesn’t get any clearer; John is pointing to Rome as the great city of Revelation!
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says Revelation 17:1 says that the woman sits on many waters, so she is a port city.
This is an ignorant explanation, as Revelation 17:15 says that the water represents people, so it’s not pointing to literal waters.
And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
The antichrist beast popes of Rome rose to power over the ten kingdoms of the fallen Western Roman Empire, which spoke different languages.
Today there are Roman Catholic parishes in many countries around the world.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that Mystery Babylon is drunk with the blood of the saints, and asks “who are the saints?” He answers by saying that Biblically speaking, it is Israel and the church/Christians.
This is another ignorant statement, as Messiah’s Ekklesia of saints is made up of believing Jews and Gentiles. There is no separation of the saints and Israelites, as a true Israelite has a covenant relationship with the Father through the Son.
It has nothing to do with physical Israelites, but Joel Richardson creates a special dispensation for them, though he declares that he’s not a dispensationalist.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points to Islamic countries killing saints in the end times.
The description in Revelation 17 is about what takes place from the first century until Messiah’s return.
The harlot church of Rome has tortured and killed tens of millions of Messiah’s saints during the Dark Ages and Inquisition.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that Islam is Mystery Babylon and it may point to a revival of the Ottoman Empire
Because he’s a futurist, Joel doesn’t understand that the sixth vial in Revelation 16 pointed to the drying up of the Ottoman Empire, and there are no prophecies which proclaim that it will be revived.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that Revelation 17:3 says that the woman is in the desert.
First of all, the King James says that John was carried away in the spirit into the wilderness, not a desert.
Revelation 4:1 says that a door was opened in heaven and for John to come up hither. Did John literally go to heaven? No! So locations of the visions are not literal.
Revelation 17:3 is not declaring that the harlot is in the desert, that is bad theology! It’s simply pointing to a wilderness, a desolate place, a solitary place.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios repeatedly uses the name ‘Mystery Babylon’ but that is not her title.
Her title is “MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT.” Another false religion like Islam which kills the saints would not be a mystery to John.
John marveled because a supposed Christian church carries out the Babylonian Mystery Religion and persecutes Messiah’s saints. So the angel showed John how the harlot church of Rome, which is led by the antichrist beast popes, rose to power.

Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas teach a futuristic fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, the Olivet Discourse and the prophecies in Revelation.
The 70th week of Daniel 9 is about Messiah’s ministry and His blood sacrifice as the Spotless Lamb to atone for our sins. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
The Olivet Discourse foretold the events that would lead to the desolation of Jerusalem, the second temple and the Jewish nation; as punishment for the Jewish leaders continuing in rebellion against the Heavenly Father and for delivering His Son up to be killed. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
Most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years. It describes the historical narrative of the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom (pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals) fighting against Messiah and His saints.
The explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas serve to deflect blame away from the enemy in Rome, and to mislead the end-times saints so that they’re not prepared for how the end-times will play out, and don’t know the context of Messiah’s return.
