This Revelation Timeline Decoded post reviews a video by Joel Richardson of FAI STUDIOS, called ‘End Time Talks 07: Is the Fourth Kingdom of Daniel 2 Rome or Islam?’
Joel Richardson points to the Medo-Persian and Grecian Empires, but says that the fourth Empire is not Rome.
It’s amazing that Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas ignore the witness of the great theologians of the 16th-20th centuries who proclaim that the fourth empire in Daniel 2 is the Roman Empire. People like Albert Barnes, Adam Clarke, John Gill, Matthew Poole and Henry Grattan Guinness. E.B. Elliott wrote Horae Apocalypticae, a 2,500 page work which buttressed by some 10,000 invaluable references to ancient and modern works.
We can see prove that the fourth beast kingdom of Daniel 2 is the Roman Empire as the Popes fulfill the role of the little horn of Daniel 7, the leader of the fourth beast kingdom Read The Little Horn Of Daniel 7 Rose Up
History proves that the Romans defeated the Grecian Empire, so it makes sense that it’s the fourth empire. Daniel 8-11 describe the Medo-Persian and Grecian empires, so it only makes sense that the conquering Roman Empire is the fourth empire. Read The Beasts Of Daniel 2 and Daniel 7
Daniel 12 points to the Roman Empire desolating Jerusalem, the temple and the Jewish nation. Read Daniel 12 Fulfillment
Joel says that the Roman Empire existed from the first century BC until the 15th century AD.
First of all, that’s 1600 years, which is much longer than the previous empires. But the Roman Empire didn’t fall in the 15th century, it only changed forms.
Daniel points to the Roman Empire as the fourth beast kingdom which endures in power until Messiah returns. In Revelation, Messiah describes the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom which fight against His saints.
Daniel 7 describes the fourth beast kingdom as dreadful and terrible, and exceedingly strong. Revelation 12 points to a dragon which fits that description, as it’s much more powerful than a lion, bear and leopard of the previous kingdoms.
Revelation 12 describes Satan using the pagan Roman Emperors to try to wipe out Messiah’s Ekklesia of saints. The birth of Messiah’s church was laborious as it endured ten persecution periods, the last one from 303-312 AD was especially painful. Read Revelation 12 – The Roman Empire Beast Phase
Revelation 13:1-10 describes the Satan-empowered antichrist beast Popes of Rome rising to power out of a sea of people, out of the ten kingdoms of the fallen Western Roman Empire. They reigned in power for 1260-years, from 538-1798 AD. They persecuted Messiah’s saints during the Dark Ages and Inquisition, killing tens of millions. Read Revelation 13 – The Roman Sea Beast Phase
Revelation 13:11-17 describes the Satan-empowered false prophet Jesuit Superior General and antichrist beast Pope of Rome as the two horns, the two leaders, who lead the Roman beast kingdom during the end times. They pretend to be priests of Messiah (like a lamb) but serve Satan (the dragon) to make war with Messiah and His saints, and to push the world into their One World Government. Read Revelation 13 – The Roman Earth Beast Phase
Revelation 17 describes the harlot Roman Catholic Church of the antichrist beast Popes. She is an idolatrous church who pretends to be Messiah’s one true church, but symbolically carries out the Babylonian Mystery Religion of the worship of the sun god and incarnate christ child Tammuz. This is why they have an Egyptian obelisk in front of the primary temple, St. Pete’rs Basilica. Read Revelation 17 – Mystery Babylon
The two leaders of the Roman beast kingdom who are described as being captured in Revelation 19 are the false prophet Jesuit Superior General and antichrist beast Pope of Rome.
Joel Richardson says that the fourth kingdom is divided and that the Roman Empire doesn’t fit that description.
Constantine proclaimed that the Roman Empire was too large for one leader to manage, which led to him splitting into three parts, so it was divided.
Constantine moved his headquarters from Rome to Constantinople, so it was divided.
The sixth seal points to the Roman Emperors battling against each other during political upheaval, so it was divided.
The Great Schism of 1054 caused the Orthodox Christians to split from the Roman Catholic Church, so it was divided ecclesiastically.
Joel Richardson says that the fourth beast kingdom has to conquer the other three empires.
It’s not declaring that they have to control the exact geography of the previous empires, but that it would be the controlling empire in the world.
That said, the Roman beast kingdom of iron controls the Islamic armies of miry clay which took control of the areas of the previous empire, so it does fulfill this role. Read Islam In Bible Prophecy
To this day we see the controlling power of the Roman beast kingdom through the false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals and antichrist beast Popes.
Joel Richardson says that Islam is the kingdom of the antichrist.
First of all, that’s a false narrative, as it points to a one-man antichrist in the end times. But the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘antichrist beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome. Secondly, Islam is a daughter false religion of the harlot Roman Catholic Church, as the Roman bishops helped write the Qur’an and prop up Mohammed as the prophet in order to use Muslims as their proxy army to conquer territory, kill Christians and Jews. And it serves to deceive billions of Muslims with a false religion, which is what the antichrist does.
Because of the blindness of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas, they’re misleading many people.
By proclaiming the futuristic fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, Messiah’s Olivet Discourse and most of Messiah’s apocalyptic vision in Revelation during last 1,900 years, they are hiding important proofs of Messiah’s deity.
I pray that Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas find the truth about prophecy fulfillment, for they are declaring things which they will regret when they stand before Messiah.
Messiah’s apocalyptic vision is a war manual, designed to hide the explanation from those who should not understand it. It uses symbolic words that are defined in the Old Testament to point to a literal fulfillment. If you read Revelation only from a literal perspective, the interpretation is hidden.
Understanding the vision is like taking a Biblical final exam. If you’ve read the whole Word, you will have seen the symbolism that Messiah uses and can apply it to the fulfillment.
If you read Revelation as one chronological narrative, the prophecies seem out of sequence. That’s because it has four chronological layers, each of which spans from when it was written until Messiah returns.
This book explains the prophecies of Revelation on a timeline to help you see how the four chronological layers interact with each other, so that you can comprehend the whole vision.
You will learn how to identify who fulfills the role of the son of perdition, the antichrist beast, the false prophet, and the harlot called ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great.’ You will understand the proper context of the seal, trumpet, and bowl judgments; the little book of Revelation 10, and the two witnesses of Revelation 11.
Whether you’re a novice at Bible prophecy or someone who has studied it extensively, I provide an explanation that is easy to understand yet has the depth of verse by verse explanations to provide you the evidence you need to prove it out.
