This Revelation Timeline Decoded post reviews a video by Joel Richardson of FAI STUDIOS, called MARANATHA Global Bible Study // The Rapture and the Endurance of the Saints. Episode 2: Does Understanding the Timing of the Rapture Really Matter?
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios makes the point that defending truth is not a personal attack on others.
I agree. The point of posts like this is to help people see the truth of prophecy fulfillment, so that they’re not misled. I mention Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas of FAI Studios because they’re the ones who are making the videos.
My feedback is not personal. I’m not their judge. I don’t attack their character or question their salvation. I simply show how what they are teaching is off-target.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points out that we may be the generation who sees prophecy fulfilled, so its important to understand.
I agree, we live in amazing times, which is why it’s so important to understand where we’re at on the Revelation fulfillment timeline, so that we’re not caught by surprise by Messiah’s return.
Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas teach that most of the prophecies in Revelation will be fulfilled during a future 70th week of Daniel 9, the supposed 7-year tribulation.
But the truth is that most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years, and we’re in the sixth vial judgment, in which Messiah declared, “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.” Revelation 16:15
I give a verse by verse explanation of the fulfillment of Revelation in my Revelation Timeline Decoded YouTube video series.
Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that most people are students of their teachers, not Scripture.
I agree, as people blindly trust teachers like Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas because they cite many verses and sound authoritative, and they confirm what other teachers have proclaimed.
But it’s only been during the last few centuries that the futuristic narrative of prophecy fulfillment has become so popular.
Before that, the saints believed that the 70th week of Daniel 9 was about Messiah coming to confirm the everlasting covenant that’s mentioned in Daniel 9:4. They did not assign it to the end times or the antichrist. Read 70th Week Of Daniel 9 Decoded

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios asks, what does it mean from a Biblical perspective to be a false prophet?
To mislead people about the fulfillment of prophecy, which is what Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas are doing. I’m not proclaiming that they’re doing it on purpose, but the net effect is the same.
They have become experts at the false, futuristic prophecy fulfillment explanations which were created by the enemy to deflect blame away from the popes of Rome, as the Protestant Reformers all rightly proclaimed that the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome. The explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas serve to deflect blame away from the false prophet of Revelation, the black pope, the Jesuit Superior General.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios thinks that the pretrib rapture is one of the greatest deceptions that is gripping a large segment of the body of Christ today.
I believe that the concept of an end-times 70th week of Daniel 9 is the greatest deception that deceives the end times saints.
The pre-trib / mid-trib / post-trib rapture debate is based on the concept of a futuristic 70th week of Daniel, but that is a deception to fool the end times saints. The 70th week of Daniel 9 prophecy foretold when Messiah would appear to carry out His ministry, and when (in the middle of the 70th week) He would confirm the everlasting covenant (that was mentioned in Daniel 9:4) with His blood as the Passover Lamb, to atone for our sins. It’s not about the end times or the antichrist.
When you understand that the 70th week of Daniel pointed to the highlight of human history when Messiah carried out His multiyear ministry, died for our sins, rose again, ascended to heaven and promised to return for His saints; then you see how evil it is to assign it to His enemy, the antichrist!
Then you see that the premise of most of the prophecies being fulfilled during an end-times 70th week of Daniel 9, is built on a faulty foundation.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points to future falling away.
There certainly is a falling away from truth in the end times, as the saints have been misled by the false, futuristic explanations which say that most of Revelation is fulfilled during an end-times 7-year tribulation period.
But the falling away that the Apostle Paul warned about in 2 Thessalonians 2 took place in the fourth century, when Emperor Constantine and the Roman bishops codified the false Christian religion of Romanism. It has the veneer of the Scriptural faith, but it’s full of symbolism of pagan god worship and manmade traditions.
It evolved into what is known as the Roman Catholic Church, which is an apostate church that teaches a false gospel of works through the sacraments and that Mary is the intercessor to the Father, which denies Messiah.
After centuries of persecution by the Roman Emperors, some people fell away from the Scriptural faith and joined with the apostate church of Rome. And some of the manmade teachings that were proclaimed at the Council of Nicaea still mislead people today.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points to people coming to realize that there is no pretrib rapture, which may cause them to fall away, so there is danger for them.
The real danger is not understanding who is the antichrist beast and false prophet of Revelation, the white pope and the black pope.
Revelation 13:11 describes these two leaders (horns) who pretend to be priests of Messiah (like a lamb) but really serve Satan (the dragon) to push the world into their One World Government, and to make war with Messiah and His saints.

There is danger in now knowing that the office of the papacy, the popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as ‘the beast’ of Revelation.
Today, 1.3 billion Catholics have the mark of the beast on them, as they revere (mark on forehead, thoughts) and obey (mark on right hand, actions) the pope as their leader.
Revelation 13:17 seems to point to a worldwide economic collapse (which is on the horizon) when nobody will be able to buy and sell. Then the pope may proclaim that they’ve created a One World Government financial system to help people.
Since most people don’t understand that the popes are the antichrist beast, they may revere him as a savior of sorts as he’s a proclaimed ‘christian’ leader. Then they would have the mark of the beast on them, which is very dangerous.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios points to Matthew 24:9-13 as taking place during a future tribulation period.
This is off-target, as Messiah’s Olivet Discourse is not about the end times. It’s about the judgment of the rebellious, unbelieving Jewish nation who rejected Messiah and delivered Him up to be killed, and then persecuted His disciples.
The context of Messiah’s Olivet Discourse is the desolation of the temple that He just came out of, in which He rebuked the Jewish leaders who were seeking to kill Him. He proclaimed that judgment would come upon them in that generation.
We know that within a generation, the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD caused Jerusalem, the temple and the Jewish nation to be desolated. 1.1 million Jews died in and around Jerusalem from famine, pestilence, infighting, suicide, evisceration, crucifixion and by the Roman sword.
All of the things that Messiah described from Matthew 23:36 to Matthew 24:33 were fulfilled by 70 AD. The enemy has deceived people about the symbolism of the sun, moon, and stars being darkened; Messiah coming in power and glory; and the elect being gathered. But the Bible gives the proper definitions for the symbols.
The term ‘this generation’ was used ten times in Matthew, the last time in Matthew 24:34. The previous nine times it points to the Jews who lived during Messiah’s first advent. When you take Messiah at His Word you see the fulfillment of His Olivet Discourse and how the things that He described took place in that generation of Jews, for their punishment of continuing their rebellion against the Father, for delivering Messiah up to be killed, and for persecuting His disciples.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios assigns Matthew 24:13 to the end times.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Messiah is pointing to the end of the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD, during which 1.1 million Jews died in and around Jerusalem from famine, pestilence, infighting, suicide, evisceration, crucifixion and by the Roman sword.
Messiah’s disciples saw the sign of the abomination of desolation when Cestius and his army surrounded Jerusalem and were ready to take it captive. This fulfilled Luke’s definition of the abomination of desolation, when an army surrounds Jerusalem.
For no explained reason, other than the hand of God, Cestius and his army left Jerusalem. This gave the saints the opportunity to flee to the mountains for safety, as Messiah told them to in Matthew 24:16.

Joel Richardson of FAI Studios says that we need to be diligent against deception.
The sad irony of this statement is that Dalton Thomas and Joel Richardson contribute to the saints being deceived because they teach the false, futuristic prophecy fulfillment explanations.
Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas teach a futuristic fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, the Olivet Discourse and the prophecies in Revelation.
The 70th week of Daniel 9 is about Messiah’s ministry and His blood sacrifice as the Spotless Lamb to atone for our sins. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
The Olivet Discourse foretold the events that would lead to the desolation of Jerusalem, the second temple and the Jewish nation; as punishment for the Jewish leaders continuing in rebellion against the Heavenly Father and for delivering His Son up to be killed. It has nothing to do with the antichrist or the end times.
Most of the prophecies in Revelation have been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years. It describes the historical narrative of the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom (pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals) fighting against Messiah and His saints.
The explanations of Joel Richardson and Dalton Thomas serve to deflect blame away from the enemy in Rome, and to mislead the end-times saints so that they’re not prepared for how the end-times will play out, and don’t know the context of Messiah’s return.
