It’s all of the futuristic deceptions of the enemy that make it hard to see the truth of the fulfillment.

The enemy has programmed believers to look to the future for the fulfillment, as most prophecy teachers say that all of the Revelation seals, trumpets and bowls take place in the end-times. This is called futurism.

Regarding the fulfillment of the prophecies in Revelation, ask yourself, what makes more sense?

That most of the prophecies wouldn’t be fulfilled for 1,900+ years and are only about the events of the final 7 or 3 1/2 years? Or that they describe the events that the saints face from the 1st century until Messiah’s return?

Do you realize that Revelation starts with Messiah proclaiming, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass and for the time is at hand”? Messiah is declaring that the prophecies would start to be fulfilled shortly after the vision was given to John.

Did you know that the great theologians of the 16th-20th centuries taught that Revelation has been in the process of being fulfilled since the first century? People like Albert Barnes, Adam Clarke, Henry Grattan Guinness, John Gill, Joseph Benson and Matthew Poole, point  to the historical narrative of Revelation. This is called historicism.

Did you know that the Protestant Reformers proclaimed the historicist narrative of Revelation and that the office of the papacy, the Popes, fulfill prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘antichrist beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome?

If the futuristic view of prophecy is true, then that means that our Messiah had nothing to say to His saints about the following events which have occurred during the last 1,900 years:

Satan using the Roman Emperors to kill millions of saints during ten persecution periods. During the harshest period, Emperor Diocletian sought to wipe out Messiah’s early church during ten years of great persecution from 303-312 AD.

Constantine and the Roman bishops codifying Catholicism, blending pagan god worship and the true faith.

The rise of the popes of Rome to power in the sixth century, who banned and burned the Scriptures and tortured and killed tens of millions of saints during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition.

The Popes proclaiming to lead Messiah’s church, but teaching a false Gospel of works through the sacraments and that Mary is the intercessor to the Father, which denies Christ.

The Popes taking the title of ‘holy father’ and declaring that they are God, that they can forgive sins, and that they can provide salvation, which is blasphemy.

The great harvest of the Protestant Reformation when the saints came back to life and proclaimed the Scriptural Gospel, which caused millions of Catholics to be saved.

The translation of the Scriptures into common languages after it had been hidden in Latin during the Dark Ages. And the advent of the printing press, which led to Bibles being spread around the world.

The futuristic view tells you that in Revelation, Messiah had nothing to say to His saints about those things. I will show you that our Messiah did in fact speak of all of those things in the book of Revelation, not by name of course, but the events and the people groups were all described in clear detail, and history proves the fulfillment.

Did you know that in the 16th century, the Jesuits were empowered by the Pope to counter the Reformation?

They created false, futuristic explanation of prophecy fulfillment which says that most of Revelation is fulfilled during the last seven years and points to a one-man antichrist to deflect blame away from the pope.

During the last century, the enemy has pushed aside the witness of the saints who have gone before us and promoted their false futuristic explanations, which now mislead most believers. They’re hiding that most of Revelation has been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years and that there’s not much left to occur before Messiah returns. I pray that you will seek truth, not defend a belief so that you’re prepared.

You can save and print a one-page PDF called What Makes More Sense? to review and share with others.

As you read the summaries and watch the videos, pray for discernment, because your programming, the things that you’ve been taught about the seals, the trumpets and the bowls, are going to interfere with your ability to understand what the Bible is really telling us.

I’m not asking you to be empty-minded, but you will need to be open-minded.
Seek to pursue truth, instead of defending what you’ve been led to believe.

The enemy has worked hard to deceive the end times Church, because the culmination of all that he has worked for to push the world into a New World Order, takes place in the last few years.

By causing you to look to a future fulfillment of prophecy, he has caused you to not understand who the enemy of Messiah and His Church really are.

Many Christians haven’t studied the scriptures to validate the meaning of prophecies,
so they have blindly trusted what Pastors have told them.

Friend, you’re going to stand before your Messiah some day and be accountable for knowing the true fulfillment.  Saying that your Pastors told you is not going to cut it.

The historic fulfillment of Messiah’s Revelation reveals the battle between Satan and his followers, warring against Messiah and His followers.

Right now, the enemy is prevailing, because most believers don’t even know who the real enemy is. And most believers think that they will be raptured before the supposed 7-year tribulation period, so most don’t care.

This explains why Messiah called our Laodicean Church era, lukewarm, wretched, miserable, blind, naked and poor. The enemy has infiltrated seminaries and caused them to teach a futuristic fulfillment of Revelation. This has blinded believers from seeing who Satan has empowered to war against them, so they are unable to fight back with the rod of iron, the Word of God.

Friend, are you ready to learn the truth?

Below is a path of learning, to help you see the big picture of prophecy fulfillment, and then the verse by verse explanations which prove it out.

Father, I pray that you wake the church up from her slumber, and that you anoint each visitor with eye salve to help them see the truth. I pray this for your honor and your glory. Amen!

David Nikao Wilcoxson

These summary studies show you how Revelation points to Rome.

In Messiah’s apocalyptic vision, He describes the historical battle between the Satan-empowered leaders of the Roman beast kingdom: pagan emperors > antichrist beast popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals, fighting against Messiah and His saints.

This video is about the events that the saints have faced during the last 1,900 years. The false, futuristic view of Revelation says that Messiah had nothing to say about these major events, and that the prophecies in Revelation are all fulfilled during the last few years.

This video is about Messiah foretelling major world events in His apocalyptic vision. He didn’t name them, but He used symbolic language to point to them taking place.

Revelation Timeline Decoded by David Nikao Wilcoxson - end times prophecy

Messiah’s apocalyptic vision is a war manual, designed to hide the explanation from those who should not understand it.

It uses symbolic words that are defined in the Old Testament to point to a literal fulfillment. If you read Revelation only from a literal perspective, the interpretation is hidden.

Understanding the vision is like taking a Biblical final exam. If you’ve read the whole Word, you will have seen the symbolism that Messiah uses and can apply it to the fulfillment.

If you read Revelation as one chronological narrative, the prophecies seem out of sequence. That’s because it has four chronological layers, each of which spans from when it was written until Messiah returns.

This book explains the prophecies of Revelation on a timeline to help you see how the four chronological layers interact with each other, so that you can comprehend the whole vision.

You will learn how to identify who fulfills the role of the son of perdition, the antichrist beast, the false prophet, and the harlot called ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great.’ You will understand the proper context of the seal, trumpet, and bowl judgments; the little book of Revelation 10, and the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

Whether you’re a novice at Bible prophecy or someone who has studied it extensively, I provide an explanation that is easy to understand yet has the depth of verse by verse explanations to provide you the evidence you need to prove it out.

  1. I believe the Lord lead me to your content. The book of Revelation totally makes sense to me now & I think your timeline is accurate. I’m grateful for stumbling here. We’re actually closer to the end than I originally thought & I pray that this information reaches more people who are yearning to understand the times were in.

  2. Just finished your book.
    Spot on!
It “rings-true” and coordinates very well with other sites I have been studying.
I would suggest that WWIII is currently starting and “good” is making headway to prevent the “one world order”….

  3. David,
I just purchased your three books and have started the study on Daniel’s 70th Week. I have spent some time on your website and that is what led me to get the books. I followed a very similar path as yours to a Historicist viewpoint. I was stuck for some time with amillennialism but always came back that the Historicist position was the most aligned with the truth. I have spent a huge amount of time over the last three or so years originally with the intent, like you, to write a book on these same major topics along with a discussion of the “real” Israel. That effort remains as yet incomplete. In researching that effort, I ran across an interesting writeup called “The 13th Enumeration” by William Struse. In it he takes the genealogy from Matthew and uses that to build a case that the 70th Week of Daniel must be consecutive to the first 69. It is also interesting in that Mr. Struse claims to be a premillennialist and after disproving an underlying tenet of premillennialism questions whether the premillennialist viewpoint might have other flaws. I believe you will find Mr. Stuse’s commentary complicated but interesting.

    • Thank you for sharing your story Michael! That’s awesome that the Spirit has guided your path to see the Historicist narrative of prophecy fulfillment! I’m still doing research on Revelation 19-22, which hopefully will result in a future book. I’ll check out the book by William Struse, thank you Keep learning and growing in The Way! David

      • David,
I have finished reading the 70 Weeks book and about half way through the Olivet Discourse book. One major point that I have seen in some of your other writings on this website deals with the “dual fulfillment” argument that premillennialists use to justify Matthew 24 as depicting a future 7-year tribulation period and an antichrist, etc. I can find, in other sources, support for that position but very little that refutes the dual fulfillment theory. Many use several references from the Old Testament to prove the point. I haven’t yet seen anything in your Olivet Discourse book that directly addresses that. I believe it is a significant issue. Can you point me in a direction that is helpful in understanding this? I, like you, do not believe in dual fulfillment. Thanks! Mike

        • Michael, that’s great that you’re reading through the Bible Prophecy Decoded book series! Those who teach a dual fulfillment of prophecy promote the futuristic explanations of the 70th week of Daniel. We know that the 70th week of Daniel 9 was fulfilled on time and it’s not future, so their dual fulfillment theory is invalid as it’s based on a false premise.

Most don’t proclaim that the prophecies in Messiah’s Olivet Discourse have been fulfilled, so I don’t see explanations of dual fulfillment.

When you read the Revelation Timeline Decoded book, you’ll see the historical fulfillment of most of Revelation; which again proves that there’s not a dual fulfillment.

The bottom line is that their futuristic explanations are all based on a false premise, and the prophecies won’t be fulfilled in the future, so there’s no actual dual fulfillment; just one in their minds.

That said, the enemy will do things to mimic the fulfillment of their false, futuristic explanations, but it’s all a faux narrative.

          I hope that helps, David

          • Thanks, David. I have seen some premillennialists admit that Matthew 24 has been fulfilled with the destruction of the temple in AD70 as that is so plainly obvious but then insist that it is a blueprint for the tribulation period, rapture, antichrist, third temple, etc. as a second fulfillment.

            Mike

  4. It is important to keep in mind that the three woes are linked to the last three Trumpets.

    Revelation 8:13 KJVS
[13] And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

The above verse establishes a linear chronology throughout the 8th-12th chapters of Revelation based on when these three woes transpire within the narrative. The third woe is when Satan is cast down to earth, Rev 12:12

    Reply
    • Luke, I agree that the three woes are linked to the last three trumpets, but Revelation 12 is not part of the same timeline. Revelation has four chronological layers. Revelation 12-13 describe the leaders of the three phases of the Roman beast kingdom, which span from the first century until Messiah returns.

Satan being cast down in Revelation 12 points to him losing power over the pagan Roman Empire as it was declining from the seal judgments and falling from the trumpet judgments.

The seals, trumpets and bowls describe a different layer; so Revelation 6-11, 14-16 gives the narrative of that layer.

I was in that place about ten years ago and have been blessed to have been shown the glorious fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel, the Olivet Discourse and Revelation.
