It’s all of the futuristic deceptions of the enemy that make it hard to see the truth of the fulfillment.
The enemy has programmed believers to look to the future for the fulfillment, as most prophecy teachers say that all of the Revelation seals, trumpets and bowls take place in the end-times. This is called futurism.
Regarding the fulfillment of the prophecies in Revelation, ask yourself, what makes more sense?
That most of the prophecies wouldn’t be fulfilled for 1,900+ years and are only about the events of the final 7 or 3 1/2 years? Or that they describe the events that the saints face from the 1st century until Messiah’s return?
Do you realize that Revelation starts with Messiah proclaiming, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass“ and “for the time is at hand”? Messiah is declaring that the prophecies would start to be fulfilled shortly after the vision was given to John.
Did you know that the great theologians of the 16th-20th centuries taught that Revelation has been in the process of being fulfilled since the first century? People like Albert Barnes, Adam Clarke, Henry Grattan Guinness, John Gill, Joseph Benson and Matthew Poole, point to the historical narrative of Revelation. This is called historicism.
Did you know that the Protestant Reformers proclaimed the historicist narrative of Revelation and that the office of the papacy, the Popes, fulfill prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘antichrist beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome?
If the futuristic view of prophecy is true, then that means that our Messiah had nothing to say to His saints about the following events which have occurred during the last 1,900 years:
Satan using the Roman Emperors to kill millions of saints during ten persecution periods. During the harshest period, Emperor Diocletian sought to wipe out Messiah’s early church during ten years of great persecution from 303-312 AD.
Constantine and the Roman bishops codifying Catholicism, blending pagan god worship and the true faith.
The rise of the popes of Rome to power in the sixth century, who banned and burned the Scriptures and tortured and killed tens of millions of saints during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition.
The Popes proclaiming to lead Messiah’s church, but teaching a false Gospel of works through the sacraments and that Mary is the intercessor to the Father, which denies Christ.
The Popes taking the title of ‘holy father’ and declaring that they are God, that they can forgive sins, and that they can provide salvation, which is blasphemy.
The great harvest of the Protestant Reformation when the saints came back to life and proclaimed the Scriptural Gospel, which caused millions of Catholics to be saved.
The translation of the Scriptures into common languages after it had been hidden in Latin during the Dark Ages. And the advent of the printing press, which led to Bibles being spread around the world.
The futuristic view tells you that in Revelation, Messiah had nothing to say to His saints about those things. I will show you that our Messiah did in fact speak of all of those things in the book of Revelation, not by name of course, but the events and the people groups were all described in clear detail, and history proves the fulfillment.
Did you know that in the 16th century, the Jesuits were empowered by the Pope to counter the Reformation?
They created false, futuristic explanation of prophecy fulfillment which says that most of Revelation is fulfilled during the last seven years and points to a one-man antichrist to deflect blame away from the pope.
During the last century, the enemy has pushed aside the witness of the saints who have gone before us and promoted their false futuristic explanations, which now mislead most believers. They’re hiding that most of Revelation has been fulfilled in exacting detail during the last 1,900 years and that there’s not much left to occur before Messiah returns. I pray that you will seek truth, not defend a belief so that you’re prepared.

By causing you to look to a future fulfillment of prophecy, he has caused you to not understand who the enemy of Messiah and His Church really are.
Many Christians haven’t studied the scriptures to validate the meaning of prophecies,
so they have blindly trusted what Pastors have told them.
Friend, you’re going to stand before your Messiah some day and be accountable for knowing the true fulfillment. Saying that your Pastors told you is not going to cut it.
The historic fulfillment of Messiah’s Revelation reveals the battle between Satan and his followers, warring against Messiah and His followers.
Right now, the enemy is prevailing, because most believers don’t even know who the real enemy is. And most believers think that they will be raptured before the supposed 7-year tribulation period, so most don’t care.
This explains why Messiah called our Laodicean Church era, lukewarm, wretched, miserable, blind, naked and poor. The enemy has infiltrated seminaries and caused them to teach a futuristic fulfillment of Revelation. This has blinded believers from seeing who Satan has empowered to war against them, so they are unable to fight back with the rod of iron, the Word of God.
Friend, are you ready to learn the truth?

I came to this site because i was looking into who Tom Horn is and came upon comments you’ve made about him implying he’s a deceiver.
While after reading some of your stuff I’m still not sure about who Tom Horn is, but now I’m sure that YOU are a deceiver.
REPENT and seek the truth.
Someday CJK you’ll find out that what Tom Horn teaches about prophecy fulfillment is a deception. Sadly, that may be when you stand before Messiah to give an account.
I teach the same historicist explanations as the great theologians of the 16th-20th centuries. It’s only during the last few centuries that the enemy’s futuristic explanations have infiltrated the church.

Your Tom Horn’s dying and coming to life again and prophesying what will happen next week and eventually happening is in itself not theology or eschatology. Some angelic appearance to many people during this ages is also not theology and or God’s doing too…. We cannot be easily deceived by Angelic Teachings like the SDA, Mormon, Jehovah Witness, Muslim/Islamic Faith -Angelic Appearing to so called great prophets…..

Thanks David for your work. At this time, I have been looking into prophetic scriptures trying to find truth, since there are so many opposing oppinions. I was brought up always with just the one perspective at church, and that being futurism. But looking deeper into it for myself, it seems that, a strong case for Historicism being the foundation of understanding the scriptures is the way forward. Especially knowing that futurism was a recent development over the last few centuries, and additionally, those teachers and great preachers of the reformation had the same Historical view of Bible prophecy. Daniel 9v24-27 is a good starting point to understand biblical prophecy. God Bless. James.
Thank you for your comment James! Yeah, the futuristic perspective permeates churches today, as the enemy has been very effective. I’m currently writing a Revelation Timeline Decoded book, to give the explanation of the chronological fulfillment of most of the prophecies in Revelation during the last 1900 years.
But as you pointed out, the seventy weeks of Daniel prophecy is a good starting point, which is why the Spirit had me write The 70th Week Of Daniel 9 Decoded book first, and then The Olivet Discourse Decoded book, which is directly related to it.
When you understand the fulfillment of those two prophecies, then you’re not applying them to the future, and you have a proper foundation to stand on to see the historical fulfillment of Revelation.

Hi David,…’..the people of the Prince that shall come..’ At first, I was thinking that ‘Prince’ could have been the unseen ‘principality/power of Rome, as in 10 v 13, the prince of Persia, a spiritual power, who delayed the messenger who was sent to Daniel, and that the ‘people’ were the Romans.
But in the original King James 1611 Bible, the word ‘Prince’ (verse 26) is written with a capital ‘P’, therefore it is the same ‘Prince’ as in verse 25, MESSIAH THE PRINCE.
A small change in the text can, sometimes make a big difference.

Hi James. That’s interesting that the KJ 1611 Bible capitalized the word ‘Prince.’ They must have done that because they know that it’s the same Prince as in verse 25.
But even without the capitalization, the association is clear. Messiah the Prince is the one who came and carryied out His ministry in the 70th week of Daniel, who was ‘cut off,’ killed, to atone for our sins, which ended the need for temple animal sacrifices.

Even if all of this was a lie why do we feel angry and annoyed at it? could it be that our feelings are being manipulated? think about it: this isn’t a mainstream website nor trying to indoctrinate or get our money yet the people who get to read your points will violently react with anger and try to hurt with insults. Didn’t our lord tell us not to judge but to test the spirits? aren’t we supposed to try to help once we find someone who we see has wrong ways? where in any of the commandments given to us by either Jesus or the one lord in heaven have we seen that we need to react this way? IT’S TIME TO TURN THE OTHER CHEEK AND TO LOVE OUR BROTHERS, that is a commandment and insulting and getting angry, in my opinion, is literally going against it.
May the one Lord of heavens bless you for trying to reach the truth; I believe you are right and even if you were wrong I think this is the right path to find the truth.
Thank you for your comment Alejandro! I’ve never proclaimed to be right about every prophecy in Revelation, but I share what I believe to be true. People should compare what I teach against Scripture to see if it’s true or false.
People don’t want to learn that they’ve been deceived, so they have a bias towards anything that’s different from what their pastors have taught them. The enemy has programmed their minds through repetition, so they reject the historical explanations. Sadly, some of them fall into name-calling, instead of simply disagreeing. Such is life!

The reign of AntiChrist did not end in 1798 as many propose. Why? Because it is clear in Scripture that the Roman Empire Beast system, Daniel’s 4th Kingdom of Rome remains until Christ, the Rock cut without hands, appears to destroy it. That is yet and soon to be accomplished. The Second coming of Christ, our Saviour, will bring it to it’s end. Amen, even so come, LORD Jesus.
Hey Tina 🙂 The Popes were given civil and ecclesiastic authority for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. The next phase of the Roman beast kingdom is controlled by the Black Pope, who exercises his authority in front of the White Pope.
The office of the papacy was ‘wounded by the sword’ in 1798 AD, meaning that he was removed from power. But his office still lives on.
The false prophet Jesuit Superior General and the antichrist beast Pope are the ‘two horns,’ the two leaders of the end-times Roman beast kingdom. They pretend to be priests of Messiah (like a lamb) but they serve Satan (the dragon).
