Foxes In Jerusalem Show That It’s Desolate

This Revelation Timeline Decoded Bible article focuses on a foxes which have been seen in Jerusalem.

I see people posting this on Facebook, proclaiming that it’s a good fulfillment of prophecy, but that’s not true.
The Jewish rabbis are pointing to Lamentations 5:18 "Because of the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it."
The Jewish rabbis are pointing to Lamentations 5:18 “Because of the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it.”
The passage is proclaiming that foxes in Jerusalem are a sign that it’s desolate; such as when the Babylonians and the Romans made it desolate.
This is not a prophetic proof that Jerusalem is returning to it’s former glory. If anything it’s a sign that Jerusalem is spiritually desolate, as they revere the Babylonian Talmud and the Egyptian Kabbalah over the Holy Scriptures.

  1. Jdg 15:3  And Samson said concerning them, Now shall I be more blameless than the Philistines, though I do them a displeasure.
Jdg 15:4  And Samson went and caught three hundred foxes, and took firebrands, and turned tail to tail, and put a firebrand in the midst between two tails.
Jdg 15:5  And when he had set the brands on fire, he let them go into the standing corn of the Philistines, and burnt up both the shocks, and also the standing corn, with the vineyards and olives.
