Dalton Thomas Revelation Central Role Of Martyrdom In Revelation

This Revelation Timeline Decoded post reviews a video by Dalton Thomas of FAI STUDIOS, called ‘THE BOOK OF THE REVELATION // Session 18: The Central Role of Martyrdom in the Book of Revelation.’

Dalton Thomas Revelation Video Description: MARANATHA Global Bible Study // The Book Of Revelation. Session 18: The Central Role of Martyrdom in the Book of Revelation – Dalton Thomas

Let me start by saying that the historical fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9 from 27-34 AD, Messiah’s Olivet Discourse which describes events leading to the Jewish-Roman War of 66-70 AD, and most of prophecies in Revelation during the last 1,900 years; validates the authority of Scripture and the deity of Messiah. Dalton’s futuristic explanations serve to hide those proofs.

The Protestant Reformers and great theologians of the 16th-19th centuries all taught the historical fulfillment of prophecy. It’s only during the few centuries that the futuristic deceptions have taken hold as the enemy has deceived even the very elect.

The concept of a future 70th week of Daniel 9, in which a one-man antichrist appears and most of Revelation is fulfilled, is a deception from the enemy. I know that sounds crazy since most people teach these concepts, but the enemy has worked hard to mislead the end-times saints so that even the very elect are deceived. I pray that you will seek truth, not to defend a belief.

Please understand that I declare these things not because I think that I know it all, and I’m not saying that everything that Dalton Thomas teaches is false. He seems to be very sincere in his beliefs and His love for Messiah. What I’m showing is that what he teaches about prophecy fulfillment is false, because it’s based on the futuristic model that was created by the enemy to deceive the end-times saints.

I don’t proclaim this for my sake, because this isn’t about me. You can dismiss what I’m saying and defend your beliefs, but now you’re accountable and I’ve fulfilled my role as the watchman blowing the trumpet.

Dalton Thomas applied the fifth seal to the end times.

Revelation 1:1 says that prophecies in Revelation are ‘things which must shortly come to pass‘ and in Revelation 1:3 ‘for the time is at hand.’ The seal judgments began to take place shortly after Revelation was written.

Dalton ignores the ten persecution periods of the pagan Roman Emperors who caused millions of saints to be killed. In Messiah’s letter to the church era of Smyrna, which took place during the early centuries, He said that they would face ten days of tribulation. This pointed to the tenth persecution period which lasted for ten years, from 303-312 AD, when Diocletian sought to wipe out Messiah’s Ekklesia of saints.

The saints that are referred to in the fifth seal and the church era of Smyrna, are also mentioned in Revelation 12, which is about the Satan-empowered Roman Empire persecuting the early church, making it’s birth very painful. These are the saints about who it is proclaimed, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11

Dalton’s whole narrative is off-target, as he’s ignoring the history of the saints who have been persecuted by the Roman beast kingdom.

Dalton also ignores the tens of millions of saints who were tortured and killed by the antichrist beast Popes. How is that possible on a study about the martyrdom of the saints?

Dalton Thomas says that the concept of a pretrib rapture is the doctrine of demons.

He’s right that it’s a false doctrine, but the sad irony is that his explanations about a futuristic 70th week of Daniel 9 is a much worse belief. What took place in the 70th week of Daniel 9 was the pinnacle of human history, for in it our Messiah carried out His ministry, He died for our sins on the cross and He rose again.

But Dalton and many other people proclaim that the 70th week of Daniel 9 hasn’t been fulfilled yet and they apply it to the very enemy of Messiah, the antichrist beast of Revelation. That is the doctrine of demons!

Dalton says that people who believe in the pretribulation rapture need to reconsider it and that they need to repent. It is you Dalton who needs to reconsider your understanding about the 70th week of Daniel 9 and you need to repent, for you are misleading many people and will be held accountable before your righteous judge.

Dalton Thomas says that Revelation is written in chronological order.

What Dalton is not understanding is that there are four chronological layers in Revelation, each of which describe events which take place from the first century until Messiah returns.

Revelation 12-13 describe the leaders of the three phases of the Roman beast kingdom: pagan Emperors > antichrist beast Popes > false prophet Jesuit Superior Generals.

Revelation 2-3 point to seven church eras which describe things that the saints face during this 2,000 year period. We’re in the last church age of which Messiah said is ‘lukewarm, wretched, miserable, naked, poor and blind.’ That describes most believers who either believe in the false Preteristic view of Revelation or the false futuristic view.

The seals, trumpets and bowls are another chronological layer. The seals describe the decline of the pagan Roman Empire from civil wars, economic strife, famine, pestilence and death. The trumpet judgments point to army after army being sent against the Roman Empire, which led to its fall. The bowl judgments are against the antichrist beast Pope and his harlot Roman Catholic Church.

Revelation 17-18 describes the harlot Roman Catholic Church which is led by the antichrist beast Popes. It describes their purple and scarlet robes, and their golden cup that is used during the blasphemous Eucharist ceremony. It describes the Popes rising to power out of the fallen Roman Empire.

Dalton Thomas says that the tribulation will cause the great harvest at the end of the age.

The tribulation that is referred to in Revelation 13 took place during the 1,260-year reign of power of the antichrist beast Popes, who ruled from 538-1798 AD. They caused Catholics to torture and kill tens of millions of saints.

Here’s what will bring a great harvest in the the end times: Teaching the truth about the fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel 9, Messiah’s Olivet Discourse and most of Revelation. This proves to the world the authority of the Bible and the deity of Messiah. And it exposes the deceptions of the enemy and the false teachers, casting down their power over people to set the captives free, so that there is a great harvest of souls.

Dalton Thomas says that he’s aggravated about the pre-trib rapture, because it disengages people from the greatest moment in church history. He says that’s it very dangerous!

WOW! I’m aggravated with people like Dalton Thomas and Joel Richardson who are teaching false concepts about prophecy fulfillment. What they’re teaching is holding back the great harvest and it’s very dangerous!!!

Dalton Thomas points to Revelation 12:9-11 and Satan being thrown down and the saints laying down their lives for Messiah in the end times.

Satan being cast down symbolizes him losing power over the pagan Roman Empire, which declined from the seal judgments and fell from the trumpet judgments. Satan was exalted when the Roman Empire was worshiping false gods, but he fell from power because of the witness of the saints and the Gospel being proclaimed around the Roman Empire.

Messiah eluded to Satan losing power in the heavenly realm, when He proclaimed that Satan fell like lightning when the disciples proclaimed the Gospel and cast out demons.

Dalton Thomas points to the antichrist in Revelation 13 overcoming the saints.

That happened during the Dark Ages and Inquisition, when tens of millions of saints were killed by orders of the antichrist beast Popes.

Dalton Thomas says that if you’re aiming to fight the antichrist, you are not walking in the footsteps of Jesus, you’re not following him, you’re not obeying Him and you’re actually lost.

WOW, he is so wrong! Psalms 94:16 says, ‘Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?

The saints have been fighting against the antichrist for over a thousand years, by exposing the Pope’s false Gospel and His false teachings, which helps redeem people for the kingdom.

When Martin Luther sparked the Protestant Reformation by posting his 95 Thesis, he was fighting against the antichrist, and it led to millions of Catholics being saved and coming out of the harlot church of Rome.

When the Protestant Reformers all proclaimed that the office of office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the ‘little horn’ of Daniel 7, the ‘son of perdition’ of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the ‘antichrist beast’ of Revelation 13, who leads the ‘harlot’ church of Rome; they were fighting the antichrist.

We are called to witness against the antichrist beast Popes, to expose their false Gospel. We are called to expose the false, futuristic prophecy deceptions of the Jesuits, which deflect blame away from the antichrist beast Popes.

Dalton Thomas says that if you’re trying to protect your life and stockpile food, what you’re doing is really is living a narcissistic, self-centered, uncrucified life that may be judged in the end to be no different than your reprobate neighbor who openly rebels against the Lord and sides with the antichrist.

When it comes to laying down our life, we should not seek to protect it by denying our Messiah. There is glory in standing for our faith in Messiah and in dying for His sake, and there is a bold witness that goes with it.

But to say that we should not seek to want to stay alive until Messiah returns, to say that we should not make preparations for tough times ahead when the economic system collapses, is ignorant. To say that if we do those things, we are no better than an unbeliever who curses our Messiah, is ridiculous.

We absolutely should be prepared, so that when calamity hits, we can provide for our family and our neighbors and for those in need. This will be a time when people will be desperate and we can boldly witness to them. If weren’t not prepared, then we’ll spend our time trying to find food and water for ourselves and our loved ones.

These last two points from Dalton Thomas have really stirred me up! They are born out of misunderstanding of prophecy fulfillment and they are woefully misguided! I pray that Dalton finds the truth about prophecy fulfillment, for he is declaring things which he will regret when he stands before Messiah.

Revelation Timeline Decoded by David Nikao Wilcoxson - Revelation Bible Study Guide

Messiah’s apocalyptic vision is a war manual, designed to hide the explanation from those who should not understand it. It uses symbolic words that are defined in the Old Testament to point to a literal fulfillment. If you read Revelation only from a literal perspective, the interpretation is hidden.

Understanding the vision is like taking a Biblical final exam. If you’ve read the whole Word, you will have seen the symbolism that Messiah uses and can apply it to the fulfillment.

If you read Revelation as one chronological narrative, the prophecies seem out of sequence. That’s because it has four chronological layers, each of which spans from when it was written until Messiah returns.

This book explains the prophecies of Revelation on a timeline to help you see how the four chronological layers interact with each other, so that you can comprehend the whole vision.

You will learn how to identify who fulfills the role of the son of perdition, the antichrist beast, the false prophet, and the harlot called ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great.’ You will understand the proper context of the seal, trumpet, and bowl judgments; the little book of Revelation 10, and the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

Whether you’re a novice at Bible prophecy or someone who has studied it extensively, I provide an explanation that is easy to understand yet has the depth of verse by verse explanations to provide you the evidence you need to prove it out.
