If you want your question posted for others to see your point of view on the topic, please post your question on the page of the study.

If you disagree with an explanation, please provide scriptural evidence for your position.

Just saying that you disagree, or that your Pastor or a top radio/TV preacher
teaches differently, is not enough.

speculations that have no proof.

    • I wish I could tell you about one Marci, but I’ve not seen one. If you have like-minded people around you, maybe a home church is an option.

      • Carolyn, I just made a Facebook post about Steve Berkson this afternoon, as I watched his video called ‘Beware False Prophets (Identifying the Anti-Messiah)’

I would disagree that he’s a great teacher, for he doesn’t even know who the antichrist is, and he falsely associates it with Jesus Christ.

The office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the Son of Perdition of 2 Thessalonians 2 and the antichrist beast of Revelation; who leads the harlot church, who is called “Mystery, Babylon the Great.”

We are not waiting on a futuristic one-man antichrist, and anyone who says that we are, is a false prophet. Time is short, I pray that you search out the truth so that you’re not deceived by how the end times play out, and so that your not caught by surprise by Messiah’s return.

Here’s a Bible study that summarizes it, and then the studies on the website prove it out verse by verse.

  1. What are your personal thoughts on the Orthodox Churches and also the Torah Observers? Even though the Orthodox “broke away” they still seem to carry much of the same practices yet claim they are the true church. Torah Observance has also become a popular “movement”, but highly controversial.

    • Hello Xenia 🙂 The Orthodox Church is essential a daughter of the harlot church of Rome. They believe in salvation through the sacraments and they revere Mary as the intercessor to the Father; which is a false salvation message.

We are still called to keep the Father’s commandments, as we can see in Revelation 14:12 “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”

A Sabbath day of rest from work, from chores, from prepping food, etc., is good for us, as it gives us a rest day from those things, and it gives us more time to spend with family, and with Scripture and in prayer. So Sabbath-keeping is for our benefit, and no doubt our Father is blessed by it.

I believe that the Father prohibited His people from eating pork and shellfish, as they are scavengers, and they don’t eliminate toxins effectively; so their meat is toxic. So he wasn’t banning eating them because He’s a control freak, but because He knows what’s good for our body.

That said, we strive to obey His commandments out of love, not for salvation. And some people are too Torah-focused, and act like modern-day Pharisees.

I hope that helps give balance.

Keep learning and growing in The Way!
      David

      • Hey, I’m glad my comment posted, was trying to get a hold of you since I’m no longer on FB. Thanks for your response. What about the Early Church Fathers though? I know many were gnostic but some claimed to have spent time with the original apostles but what bothers me is the RCC revers these guys and calls them their saints. The Orthodox Church also uses their writings to stay in line with scripture. Do you know of any legit church fathers or were they over rated by the church ?

        • Hey Xenia 🙂 Some of the early church saints taught Scriptural truth. Others were gnostics and created heresies to deceive believers. I haven’t research the teachings of the early church saints, so I can’t say for sure who is legit and who is overrated.

  2. Satan is pronounced with a short “a” sound, as in “cat”, in Greek(Satanas), and Hebrew, as well. It is only in the west that we pronounce the “ay” sound in “Satan”. “Saturday” means “Satan’s Day. Anglo Saxon = “Saetans daeg”. Every time we say “Saturday”, we are bowing down to Satan and honouring him instead of the Lord, by calling the Lord’s Sabbath day, Satan’s day. God named the days in The 1st chapter of the bible and said to his people that the Passover festival would be, to them, a sign on the right hand and forehead. The Satanalia festival was Satan’s version through the Pagan and Papal Roman rulers and their demonic, stupid callendar.
Augustus Caesar instituted the 7day Roman week. He also instituted the 12 month callendar. As it states in Daniel 7: “He will try to change the set times and laws”. Again, chapter 8 says: “Some of the starry host will be thrown down to Earth and trampled on”. So, Augustus, having deliberately imposed “Satans day” over the Lord’s day ((6th day by the international standard) man’s number), also, the 6th planet of the solar system was named after Satan and he, Augustus, had the 6th month of the Julian callender named after himself. 666 could mean Satan, Satan, Augustus, or Satan with men. It’s not a different “Satan”, because in normal speach, “urn”, “un,” and “an,” are all spoken “un”, So, Saturnus(latin), is actually Satan. Also, Jesus was born just as Augustus was doing this, Luke 2.1, Which is no coincidence. I doing this? God the days: 1st, 2nd,…7th. Let’s claim the days back for the Lord, we have more authority to name the days and planets than Satan or any of his servants. Saying “Saturday(Satan’s day) is offensive to God. It’s worse than changing a letter in a swear word and saying “it’s ok cause we changed a vowel”. Even if it wasn’t the number and name of the beast, wouldn’t it still be blasphemous and absolutely unacceptable? And, Satan hasn’t, sound wise, in normal speach, had a single letter changed like “Thursday”(Thor’s day). The 7 days of the week were named after the 7 visible planets of the solar system by Greeks and romans, and, even now, new planets have to be named after the, so called, gods of mythology.

    • Daniel 7 was pointing to the Little Horn, which has been fulfilled by the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome

Daniel 7:25 “He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand For a time and times and half a time.“

The Roman Catholic Church persecuted the followers of Christ, during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition; killing over 50 million saints.

At the Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. they changed the calendar to be based on the Sun, not the moon as God ordained in the Bible. In the Catechism, they removed God’s 2nd Commandment, which forbids idol worship, and divided the 10th commandment into two.

They reigned for 1,260 years, from 538 A.D. when Emperor Justinian gave them power over all churches; until 1798 A.D., when the Pope was taken captive and imprisoned, where he later died.

  3. Hi, I am writing a book on the deception of the Catholic Church. I came across your picture “And the Women was arrayed in purple and scarlet color” and thought it would make a great back cover for my book, which by the way is the first book I’ve ever written. I am writing to you to ask permission to use it for the back cover of my book. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Mary
